Board Members
The Bastrop County ESD #3 is governed by a five member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Bastrop County Commissioners Court. ESD Commissioners serve alternating two year terms that begin in January, with three commissions appointed in odd years and two appointed in even years.
The Board is responsible for the approving the annual budget and tax rate, ensuring operational and clinical standands are met and adopting policies that govern the District.
