The Bastrop County ESD #3 Board of Commissioners meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00am in the board room of the Bastrop Water Control and Improvement District office, located at 112 Corporate Dr., Bastrop, TX 78602. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice according to the Texas Open Meetings Act.

Meeting agendas are posted to this site at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting, and minutes are posted after approved.
