The Operations Oversight Committee is charged with recommending and monitoring approved operational performance metrics, such as response times, patient satisfaction and others.     The committee is comprised of:

• Commissioner James Green
• Commissioner Keith Simpson

The committee meets routinely with representatives of Acadian Ambulance to review performance metrics and recommend performance improvement opportunities.
